Kayode Elegbede
Kayode is our principal solicitor, founding partner and director. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to general civil litigation, criminal defence, family law, general corporate matters, immigration, nationality and asylum cases. He has a large following of satisfied clients and an excellent record of successful results at various Courts and Tribunals. He listens attentively to his clients and treats each matter with particular attention to detail, dedicated professionalism and more importantly, empathy.
Kayode has over 25 years combined legal experience. He was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1999. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales in 2011 and has a lifetime authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a training provider to provide training opportunities to aspiring solicitors in the United Kingdom.Kayode also has a successful international practice and is part of a thriving law partnership based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is regularly consulted and retained to provide services on various aspects of Nigerian law vis-a-vis United Kingdom-based litigation and general legal businesses.

Wagner Chan
Wagner is a qualified solicitor in Browan Solicitors Ltd. He is working in our conveyancing, immigration and civil litigations sections.
