Hourly Rates
Browan Solicitors Ltd is an SRA-regulated law firm. We have listed below the hourly consulting fees for our team of legal professionals based on their seniority and level of experience. These fees do not include any third-party service charges or disbursements.
Please note that VAT (currently at 20%) and usual disbursements are to be added to the rates quoted. Disbursements are expenses payable to third parties in connection with your matter, such as Land Registry fees, court filing fees, or bank transfer charges. We manage the payment of these disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother and more efficient process.
The figures provided are for guidance only. Clients are kindly advised to note that an estimation of applicable total professional fees will depend on the complexity of the transaction, the volume of documentation, and the level of work required, all of which will be confirmed and agreed with you in writing before any work begins. Senior Solicitors/Consultants 300 per hour + VAT
Junior Solicitors 250 per hour + VAT
Trainee solicitors, paralegals, and other fee earners 200 per hour + VAT
