Kayode Elegbede
Kayode is our principal solicitor, founding partner and director. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to general civil litigation, criminal defence, family law, general corporate matters, immigration, nationality and asylum cases. He has a large following of satisfied clients and an excellent record of successful results at various Courts and Tribunals. He listens attentively to his clients and treats each matter with particular attention to detail, dedicated professionalism and more importantly, empathy.
Kayode has over 23 years combined legal experience. He was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1999. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales in 2011 and has a lifetime authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a training provider to provide training opportunities to aspiring solicitors in the United Kingdom.Kayode also has a successful international practice and is part of a thriving law partnership based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is regularly consulted and retained to provide services on various aspects of Nigerian law vis-a-vis United Kingdom-based litigation and general legal businesses.
A life-long supporter of Chelsea Football Club, in his spare time, Kayode enjoys travelling, reading for pleasure, meeting new people and watching animal/nature documentaries.

Yang Meng
Yang has over 11 years of work experience within immigration, property and commercial law in the UK. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, an investor as well as a senior caseworker specialising in multiple disciplines.
In 2016, Mr. Yang Meng co-founded BROWAN SOLICITOR and has been a partner of the law firm since then. As a great tactician, his advice is thoughtful and measured and his judgement is sound. On the basis of fully understanding the needs of customers, Yang can always propose the most appropriate solutions for complex cases.

Yi Ting Eng
Yi Ting Eng qualified as a solicitor in 2017. She has more than 10 years of legal experience in Immigration, Commercial and Residential Property, and Corporate sales and purchase. She leads the conveyancing term specialises in both residential and commerical property, including new built, business acquisition and sale. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.

Wagner Chan
Wagner is a qualified solicitor in Browan Solicitors Ltd. He is working in our conveyancing, immigration and civil litigations sections. He deals with varied range of clients including UK and overseas property investors from Hong Kong and Mainland China. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Wagner has a thorough understanding of both UK and Asian cultures and also provides legal services that best serve the needs and interests of overseas Asian clients.
Wagner is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Le Yin/Emma
Le Yin/Emma is a qualified solicitor who has rich experience in a wide range of immigration law and employment law areas.
Immigration law: She is highly proficient in Sponsorship Licence application, Skilled Worker visa, Health and Care Worker visa, Scale-up visa, Global Business Mobility, High Potential Individual visa, Innovator Founder visa, Global Talent visa and family visa applications. Additionally, she also has strong expertise in Indefinite Leave to Remain/ Other Settlement application, British citizenship application and immigration appeals.
Employment law: She has been advising both corporate clients and individuals on employment law matters including but not limited to employment contracts, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, enforceable restrictive covenants, discrimination, wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, Employment Tribunal claims.
